Custom fret slotting order process:
Complete the Custom Slotting Order Form We will work up a
price quote for your order.
We will send a Paypal request for funds or you can provide us with your credit card information.
*If you are trying to match a current scale. The way to determine this is
to measure 0 to 12 fret and double it.
*** Please note: Double and triple check the shipping address on your
PayPal account. This is the address we will be shipping to. We will not be
responsible or replace material that is shipped to an incorrect address provided
to us by PayPal. We ship to the address they provide. Yes this has happened a
few times and it is an unhappy experience for all involved. We will not replace
or refund because of this error.
